2026 St. Paul the Apostle Parish Lenten Mission
Join us for a powerful three-night mission led by Fr. Joseph Tuscan, OFM Cap. Talks Sunday and Monday evenings begin at 7:00 PM. Tuesday’s talk will be a homily during a special 7:00 PM Mass. Tuesday concludes with a reception and refreshments in the Klinger Center.

Each evening at 6:30 PM, confessions will be available while the parish prays the rosary.
Relics of St. Padre Pio and Blessed Solanus Casey will be available for veneration on Monday and Tuesday beginning at 5:00 PM in front of the main altar. On Sunday, following Fr. Tuscan’s talk, the clergy will offer individual blessings with the relics at the foot of the altar.
Fr. Joseph will also speak after the 8:15 AM Masses on Monday and Tuesday about The Holy Eucharist and The Blessed Mother.

Fr. Joseph Tuscan, OFM Cap.

Fr. Joseph was born in Columbus, OH, in 1967 and was raised in Canton, OH. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in 1989 from Borromeo College Seminary. In 1990, he professed his first vows as a Capuchin Franciscan friar. Making his Perpetual vows in 1993, he went on to earn his Master’s degree in Theology in 1995 and was ordained to the priesthood in 1997.
His first assignment after ordination was in Papua New Guinea in the South Pacific where he served for four years. On January 3, 2025, Fr. Joseph was one of our friars who received the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal as a commendation for their service to the country of Papua New Guinea.
Returning to the US in 2001, he has ministered in various capacities as a parochial vicar and pastor, as well as a military and hospital chaplain; he also served in our Province’s Custody of Puerto Rico.
Fr. Joseph currently serves as the Director General of the Archconfraternity of Christian Mothers and in full-time preaching ministry for the Capuchin Province of St. Augustine, offering retreats and reflection days for parishes, Religious and Priests. He can be viewed on several YouTube channels and has appeared on Catholic Radio and TV outlets.
