In the aftermath of the November election, Bishop Earl Fernandes has written an important letter encouraging us to make reparation for sins against human life and dignity and to recommit ourselves to building a culture of life and civilization of love. In his letter Bishop Fernandes is inviting all Catholics in the Diocese of Columbus to observe meatless Fridays all year (not just limited to Lent). And, following another recommendation in the letter, we have decided to have First Friday Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament (beginning this week) from the conclusion of the 8:30 AM Mass to 4:00 PM. This will be in addition to our weekly Thursday Adoration from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
