Listening to Our Parish

At the end of last year, St. Paul joined parishes throughout the Diocese of Columbus in participating in the Catholic Leadership Institute’s Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey. Completed by 874 parishioners, the survey offers insight into the spiritual life of our parish, including our experiences of worship, discipleship, evangelization, hospitality, and communication.

We are grateful to everyone who participated and are making the survey results available to the parish as part of our commitment to transparency. These results represent the feedback we received from those who participated and are not the conclusions or analysis of our parish leadership.

Over the coming months, our leadership team will prayerfully and thoughtfully reflect on these findings, seeking to understand what they reveal about our parish, celebrating areas of strength, identifying opportunities for growth, and discerning how they can help guide our mission of calling, forming, and sending disciples of Jesus Christ.
