Thanksgiving Blessing

On Saturday, November 21, WARM (Westerville Area Resource Ministry) will hold its annual Thanksgiving Blessing — a chance to make sure our neighbors in need can gather around a table filled with a bountiful holiday meal. This year the need is greater than ever: in Ohio, 1 in 5 people, including children, struggle with hunger. Together, we can change that story.

St. Paul parishioners are invited to help in one of two ways.

Fill a Bag

Fill a grocery bag with the items below. Each bag costs about $30–$40 to fill and provides everything a family needs for a Thanksgiving meal.

  • Canned Corn (2 – 15 oz cans)
  • Green Beans (2 – 15 oz cans)
  • Brown Sugar (1 – 2 lb bag)
  • Cranberry Sauce (2 cans)
  • Turkey Gravy Mix (2 packets)
  • Chicken Broth (1 – 32 oz box)
  • Baked Beans (2 – 28 oz cans)
  • Mini Marshmallows (1 bag)
  • Canned Yams (1 – 40 oz can)
  • Stove Top Stuffing (1 box)
  • Coffee (10–12 oz bag or can)

Drop off bags at WARM, 150 Heatherdown Dr., Westerville, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, between October 26 and November 13.

Give Financially

Prefer a simpler option? Make a donation and WARM will shop on your behalf. Every dollar matters:

  • $40 — bag contents plus pie, rolls & butter, turkey, and fresh produce
  • $30 — all bag contents
  • $10 — pie, rolls & butter
  • $5 — a pie
  • Or give any amount you wish

Your gift to WARM ensures your neighbors experience dignity, stability, and hope this holiday season!
