Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to the Sick & Homebound offer Holy Communion and faith sharing to Catholics in the Westerville area who live in care facilities or are home and cannot attend Mass at church. We serve twelve Senior, Assisted Living & Nursing facilities, as well as St. Ann's hospital (when it allows volunteer Communion).
